Problems viewing virtual tours?

Problem: Window for tour opens, but it is blank and nothing happens

Solutions : Windows machines require Java Virtual Machine. If you have a newer computer, your computer may not have this installed.

To view our virtual tours please make sure you install JVM (Java Virtual Machine) in Windows 95/98/XP. You can download JVM at http://www.easypano.com/download/msjavx86.exe

Macintosh machines require an operating system of 10.0 or later to view tours.
