are situated on the side of Camelback Mountain and some units offer outstanding

Activities
One of the best things
about the Townhouses are their close proximity to Camelback Ski Area and
CamelBeach Waterpark. Some units are ski-in ski-out and within walking
distance to the slopes, but all are just a 5 minute drive to the base
of the mountain and all the activities that it offers. Camelback Ski area
offers downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing, lessons and more. In
the summer the mountain turns itself into the largest waterpark in Northeastern
Pennsylvania with a wave pool, lazy river, tube rides and tons of slides
that are sure to make your adrenaline rush. Other nearby activities include
outlet shopping, horseback riding, hiking trails and so much more.

Features
Townhouses are clustered in sections along
the mountainside. Each townhouse is privately owned and you will find
each is decorated differently. All townhomes offer either a woodburning
stove, fireplace or fireplace insert and an outdoor deck. Some units have
wet bars, jacuzzi, sauna and hot tubs. Most units accommodate up to eight
people. Just let your agent know any special requests and they will pair
you with a suitable property.
There are two types of townhouse units.
Village I Townhouses are
clustered in groups with units of four attached townhouses. Each attached
group has two end units and two interior units. Some townhouses are within
walking distance to the slopes. View
Rentals
Village II Townhomes are
clustered in smaller groups and each attached unit consists of only two
townhomes. The Village II Units are slightly greater in square footage
and their interior layout is more spacious. View
